Service Description

PhantomAI is a Chrome browser extension that provides AI-powered text and image analysis. Queries are processed through OpenAI's API via our servers.

Account and Billing

• You must create an account to use PhantomAI.
• Free accounts are limited to 20 queries per day.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use PhantomAI for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension.
• Share your account with others or use automated tools to exceed rate limits.
• Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

Intellectual Property

PhantomAI and its source code are proprietary. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use. We make no claim of ownership over responses generated for you.

Disclaimer

PhantomAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI responses may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of PhantomAI, including but not limited to incorrect AI responses, service interruptions, or data loss.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
